<p>They’re all molecular. If they’re ionic, then they’d be able to separate into their ions. For example, NaCl when dissolved becomes Na+ and Cl-. You can’t split up B2H6, CH3OH, or NOCl.</p>
<p>The bonds definitely aren’t ionic (there aren’t any obvious cations and anions paired together). While I’m not sure what you mean by “molecular,” (do you mean “covalent?”) I can assure you that none of those molecules are ionic.</p>
