I got capped at UT, and I was wondering if it is better to go to UTSA for a year under Cap, as an engineering major then transfer to main campus if my gpa is high enough? Or should I go to University of Houston, which offered me a 3000 scholarship yearly. Btw, I want to major in engineering, preferably petroleum or civil, and UH isn't an ABET certified school for Petroleum, and would that affect job opportunies post graduation.?
