Help with College list, Chances

Hi, my class rank is top 25%, my GPA is about 3.80(93.7 on numerical scale, 3.80) is just estimated, and I am a full IB diploma candidate. My overall GPA is kind of low because I really slacked off freshman and sophomore year, but I probably compensated through improvement Junior(about 96 GPA) and Senior year(about 101 GPA so far). I also have a 1460 SAT, with no subject tests. My extracurriculars are:
Freshman year: Marching Band/Drumline, Local Library Volunteering
Sophomore year: Marching band/Drumline, Varsity Tennis, Academic All Stars
Junior Year: Varsity Tennis, Local Library Volunteering
Senior Year: Student Council, NHS, Youtube Channel, Local Library Volunteering
I am also ethnically Chinese if that is relevant.
I am planning on applying to:
University at Buffalo, Stony Brook University, University of Pittsburgh, Rutgers University, URochester, Cornell University, UW Madison, Penn State, and UMichigan.
Any help is appreciated.

Possible majors: Biomedical engineering, bioengineering, biology.

Take Cornell off the list, you have zero chance.

Have you run the net price calculator on each college’s web site?

Have you talked to your parents about how much college money they will contribute?

Are there any reach colleges that I can replace it with? For some reason I thought the acceptance rate for Cornell was 15% or something.

Probably 35k a year and under, I definitely should be good for Buffalo and Stony Brook as they are in state for me, the out of state colleges have tuitions around 35k, excluding UMichigan. IDK about UMichigan or URochester in the case that I get accepted, but scholarships may cover enough to get them into the acceptable range.

It’s gonna plummet this year. Try Fordham.

Rutgers will cost you $45,000 OOS with room and board. My daughter had higher stats and got zero merit, in state. My daughter took Penn state off of her list due to cost. According to my other daughter who has a lot of male Asian friends, that doesn’t help at all. To keep it under $35,000, you should look into public in state schools. My son attended TCNJ, in spite of it being public and in state it was still $35,000 a year.
