Help with college list?

Would appreciate anyone's input on colleges (matches, safeties, etc) to add to my list for consideration and whether or not its reasonable to expect that I have a chance at some of my reaches. As for what I'm looking in a school, mid-size, but I can be lenient on that either way. Strong academic reputation, good "feeder" school, preferably in or near a city/desirable location. I'm not sure exactly what I want to study, I think I want to go into either business (I-banking?) or medicine. My family's been encouraging me to major in engineering (dad says banks like the analytical skills along with engineering majors) and I'm strongly considering industrial/systems engineering but I'm definitely open to colleges without engineering schools.

Stats:
3.4 uw: most rigorous curriculum, all honors/AP
680 math, 700 CR, 700 writing (practice tests, real thing in a few weeks, still gotta study)
720 US History SAT2
Senior course load: AP: PhysicsB, CalcAB, English Lit, Spanish. H-Econ.
Captain of Varsity Swim team, dedicated to the sport.
Model UN
State certified EMT, lots of volunteer and oncall hours, leadership role in admissions for EMT class in local town (very hard to get into, only 8 spots each year open to students)
Watersafety instructor and lifeguard at town beach, working fulltime as town employee since I was 13.
Hispanic. Male, dual citizen.

Colleges I'm almost certain to apply to include: BC (2x legacy), Emory (visited, loved it), UVA (OOS, but maybe my favorite visit so far) and Johns Hopkins. I also liked Georgia Tech.

Not sure how far from the east coast you’re willing to go; these are just some schools that come to mind: Carnegie Mellon, UPitt, Tufts, UMCP, UMich, Brown, etc. What state are you in? Chances are you’ll have a good instate option that could be a match or safety for you.

I’m willing to go anywhere. Also considering LACs. I’m a Mass state resident. Our state options aren’t exactly great for a place that has an absurd amount of great private schools. I do not like UMass.

Also, are my top choices (JHU, UVA as an oos) reachable with my stats?

With two 700’s you should have a decent chance as an URM. Hopkins seems to be slightly easier to get into early decision than regular decision and they value demonstrated interest, so that could help. Now that UVA has early action, you could get an early sense there too. Not sure if the early action is single choice—maybe you can do both.

Thanks for the opinions/insights. I am planning to go JHU early decision and UVA early action (checked and I can do both). I was just concerned that my GPA might not cut it for admissions. Hopefullysome of my ECs and hooks get me in.

UCONN (CT)
Union College (NY)
R.P.I. (NY)
Wheaton College (MA) No Engineering, LAC
Connecticut College (CT) No Engineering, LAC

Best of luck in your college search!
