Help with college list

Hi, i am an going to be an upcoming senior in hs this year and would like to narrow down my college search. My preffered major would probably be one of bussiness/econ/finance, computer science or engineering. I would preferably like to be in the northeast and I would like to be in a position to go to a good mba program a few years after graduation.

Stats
Uw avg. ~95 (school doesnt do 4.0)
W avg. ~97
Class rank top decile (probably about top 7%)
Act 30 comp ( didnt take sat also dont remember breakdown)
Planning on taking Sat II in bio and math this fall hoping for >700

Ecs are pretty generic. Nhs, 4 yrs baseball (2 jv, 2 varsity) 3 yrs volleyball a couple of clubs, dtudent council rep
Volunteered teaching baseball to young children (5-12) during the summer for three years. Also work part at a restaurant as a busboy. I expect both of my teacher recs to be strong, but my guidance counselor rec will likely be generic as I dont know her very well. I was hoping some of you guys could provide me with reach, match and safety schools that be a fit for me academically. Thanks in advance

Safety- In state U
Matches- Lehigh, Bucknell, Lafayette, Villanova, Boston U, NYU
Reaches- Tufts, Cornell, CMU

I don’t really know any safeties for you because I don’t know your home state. Most of the schools I thought of were match schools. I highly recommend Lehigh. My dad was an electrical engineering major at Lehigh. Right after Lehigh, he got his MBA at Duke. Afterwards he got a law degree from Rutgers. Now he is a successful patent attorney. Good luck

thanks for the response (I live in NY btw).
I have heard lots of good things about lehigh and it is a school I will definatly consider. Would you or anyone else here happen to know what financial aid is like at BU and NYU because their sticker prices are relatively high and money is a factor. Also if anyone has any other suggestions they would be appreciated. Thanks!

What is your home state? How much can your family afford?

On CC, NYU and BU are said to be among the stingiest of large universities. Each has good money for the very best students that they really want to have, but these students number in the couple dozen. I didn’t pursue NYU, but BU seemed fair enough in need-based aid, roughly equivalent to what other schools were offering us; it just wasn’t enough to make it affordable to go there. And BU’s merit awards consisted of 20 full tuition scholarships, accounting for something like .1% of accepted students, and beneath that there were awards of 20K that went to perhaps 5% of the accepted students and 10K, either of which wouldn’t have mattered since our need-based aid already was more than $20K. (Merit money goes to pay off student loans first and then any need-based aid already allotted. Because most non-tuition awards are 30K or less, many families find themselves needing full tuition to make any difference in their residual costs.)

Thanks for the help. I am in ny and my family probably can afford aprox 20k a year so aid would have to significant from those schools. Unfortunately those schools seem too high, but I may still apply to BU because I love the location
