Help with college list...

I would really like some advice on the colleges I have on my list, need help narrowing the list, any suggestions of other colleges that fit what I want in a school, and which Ivy you think would be the best epic reach.

My List:
Washington U in Stl.
Georgetown
U Chicago
Notre Dame
University of Richmond (possible safety)
RIT (possible safety)

Rice

Desires in a college:
-I an interested in Physical sciences, economics, and photography/photojournalism (school doesn't have to have photo but it is preferred)
-I want a school near a city, doesn't have to be in it though, I just don't want something like Elon/Carleton in the middle of no-where
-Anywhere in the country is fine
-I would prefer a university, but LAC's are okay i guess, not my favorite, though if it had everything else it would be OK
-not a cut-throat kind of person :)
-somewhere between 6000-10000 undergrads is ideal
-Partying is not my thing, although i don't mind it going on, I just don't want that to be the only thing to do
-Greek Life should not be the dominating activity on campus

SAT - 700+ for each section (relatively competitive)
GPA:3.95 UW/4.4 W

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!! And suggestions for an Ivy for an epic reach would be appreciated, I was leaning toward Columbia, but I don't know any more.

Thanks. Mr.HS

Elon is not in the middle of nowhere. It’s got three major cities very close to it. Greensboro is 20 minutes away, Raleigh is 45, and Charlotte is 1.5 hours. If you think those are long drives, than might as well take off ND and schools like it, that are actually in the middle of nowhere.

You haven’t given key info. Rank is key, whether official or about where you are in your class. How much above 700 are the scores? What state are you from and does your school send many to top colleges? Race? Any tip factors–low income, first generation? Doe money matter?
