Help with college search?

Right now, I plan on applying to

USC
Boston U
Occidental
Pepperdine
UBC
Emory (Oxford?)
GWU
Georgetown
Davidson?

I'm basically looking for a school that has a strong academic program in every field since I'm pretty undecided, good career/grad school counseling, opportunities for intramural/club sports, close (preferably in) to a big city. Socially, I want to go to a college that has parties (but not overkill), hot girls, isn't super liberal or conservative, and in a warm climate.

Stats: 3.3 UW GPA in a very rigorous course load, school doesn't rank, 30 ACT, solid ECs, first generation, URM.
I will be applying for financial aid so schools with good FA programs (with a small amount of/no loans) would be great.

Bump .

Georgetown and Davidson will be big reaches with that GPA and ACT. (though for Davidson, with a fairly homogeneous student body, your race may be a significant boost).

Thanks for your reply. My school is pretty tough and I have one of the toughest course loads in my grade, so I’m hoping that will make up for my low GPA. I also have a pretty good upward trend, with a huge boost from sophomore to junior year.
