Help with college selections

Just wondering which schools to apply to. Probably going to study something related to business, math, or law. Thanks for your input.

SAT: 2020 (Math 800, Reading 590, Writing 630)
SAT II: Math 770, US History 710, Biology 710
AP's Taken: World History, US History, Biology, Calculus BC, Computer Science A
GPA: Unweighted 3.7, Weighted 4.3

Might retake SAT hoping for at least 2100.
Also I live in California so any UC Schools would be preferred.

ANY SUGGESTIONS?! So far thinking about UC's, USC, Northwestern, University of Michigan, Carnegie Melon, and NYU.

Thanks for the input and advice :)

I think you have a good list so far, but you should retake the SAT. The reading score stands out unfortunately. Take this summer to really study or take an intensive prep course, maybe even one specifically focused on the writing portion. Do you have the blue book (by college board)? Look at Xiggi’s method in the SAT prep threads. You are obviously bright and can bring up the score.

If that score climbs then UCLA is within reach. Look at UVa as well. Good luck!

Maybe also American, Villanova, Boston University and Fordham. Best of luck!
