I wanted to apply to Williams College online using Common App. because it is really fast and reduces on the costs of mailing. However, Williams College requires that I apply the application fee online before I can submit the application but my parents don't have any credit card. I was wondering if it's possible to ask a relative in another country to pay for me. If it's possible, how would we go about it? I've never done online transactions before :S

If you are thinking of paying the application fee then you might ask a relative to pay it. Otherwise, you could send an application fee waiver!

To pay online, either get the credit card number from your relative (which they won’t give you) or give your username and password to your relative and then ask them to pay. Its simple. But, you never mentioned where your relatives live. Are they in the US or somewhere else? Do they have a credit card that works internationally? Be sure about those things first.

They’re in belgium and I think they have international cards. Well, it doesn’t matter anymore. Williams College told me that I could still get a check but instead of mailing it to them (which they won’t accept) I can submit it online as an eCheck, it’s possible right?

You talk to the admission officer at Williams about your problem. It should be possible. Do you mean wiring the money? If yes, then it is possible. Sending money draft, wiring, credit card…blah blah…there are so many ways to do it.
