Hi I'm currently a freshman who is unsure about the schedule.

I'd like to be an econ major and this semester I am taking Econ 55, math 102, writing 20, and psych 11.

Next semester, I'm considering:
Econ 105
Stats 103
Seminar
and something else...

Somebody suggested that I take Econ 110 with 105, but I'm worried that doing so would be too much of a work. Does anybody have suggestions for the fourth class? I dont' want to take another difficult class for the fourth one... posisbly a fun econ elective (easy grades) or something that would fulfill those annoying Areas of Knowledge requirements?

Thank you.

I mean, most of my econ major friends took 110 with 105 and they said it was hard, but not that terrible. Do-able. Stat 103 shouldn't be TOO bad from what I hear, and your seminar, presumably, will be a nice balance to all that (pick one humanities based perhaps).

But yeah, if you don't think it's a good idea, maybe take a random class. Of course, my advice to you on that is to find one that knocks off multiple recs. I tried to fulfill my T-Reqs one by one, basically, and kind of screwed myself over to the point where I'm taking 4 classes I'm hardly interested in 2nd semester senior year. Find a class that's, say, an ALP and a W. or an EI and a W. or something like that (things you don't ever get with econ classes, which I'm presuming you want to major in).
