Help with dropping an AP class second semester

Hi, I have 4 academic classes in my senior year of high school. I want to drop my AP Environmental class because i feel like i don't learn anything there. my teacher doesn't know how to teach and i dislike the subject. I got accepted into 3 of my colleges that i applied to already which are uc riverside, cal state fullerton and cal poly pomona. i have english 4, ap calculus bc, ap environmental science, and civics as my 4 academic classes. I want to know if dropping my apes class in favor of a teacher aide would make colleges rescind me or not accept me because i dropped. please give me your opinions on this matter and i would be really appreciative. The last day to drop for me is tomorrow and i also want opinions on whether i should notify the colleges right away or at the end of the school year should i decide to drop. Thanks everyone!

I dropped my AP Biology class second semester my senior year to get an early release option to go work early. Call the admissions office if you can and just ask. They likely won’t mind if its for a legitimate reason. If you can call the office sometime tomorrow and ask before you do, thats probably the best option.

what do you mean by legitimate reason?
