Help with ECs, am I too well rounded?

I really want to go to a school like Stanford, Harvard, Yale, or USC with a major in computer science or economics (or both). Could anyone give me advice on how to improve my ECs to stand out to these schools? I’m a rising junior who is a female and goes to an urban public school. If you have any suggestions at all on how to improve my ECs, feedback on them, or ideas for ECs that would be awesome!!!

Here are my significant ECs:

Research:

  • have a paid summer research internship this summer relating to CS at a local university, which is known as one of the top research universities in the world. I’m going to work 40hrs/week and will present my work at a regional conference
  • Last winter, from Jan-April, I had a research internship at the same university (my summer work will basically be a more intense version of this)

Volunteering

  • I taught sunday school this year at my church as the only teacher who was still a student
  • Altar server at church
  • Member on Catholic Youth Council at church, hopeful officer next year
  • Creating my own volunteering project over summer (just 10 hours of community service) via a local teen volunteering program

School Involvement:

  • Active member on student council (hopefully officer next year)
  • Three sport athlete (field hockey, basketball, lacrosse)
  • Hopefully joining math team next year, didn’t happen this year with covid stuff

Entrepreneurship Stuff:

  • Founded entrepreneurship club at school this past school year and am now president. I have organized speakers to come in, created thank you cards for past speakers, organized fun activities, and grew the club from 3 to about 50 members. I’m going to put a lot of effort into this next year.
  • Completed 10 week program (girls with impact) where I developed a venture and was selected to present it at graduation. Will launch my retail-related venture over summer and I am going to apply to be on the teen advisory board for girls with impact
  • I’m hoping to create an app based on my research over summer and turn it into a successful venture

Don’t worry about being too well-rounded. There is no such thing. Continue the activities that you enjoy doing. Don’t add on others for filler - only add in other ECs that you are really interested in doing. It sounds as if the CS research and the potential related app are your “spikiest” activity, the one in which you show the most outstanding achievement, so if you continue to be interested in that, it’s the one in which I think you should invest the most time and effort.

The question is not ECs. The question is why these particular schools. Honestly, it seems like the common thread is prestige and that is not a good way to pick a college. You need to start digging into their offerings and determine fit.

I can see why someone would think that, but I believe that those schools have the most to offer me. Each of them has an extremely strong start-up culture and incredible opportunities, which is what I want the most out of a school

Your ECs are wonderful. I agree, with @Southoftheriver , your essays can discuss your entrepreneurship experiences and goals.

Lots of schools have excellent CS programs. In fact there are public state universities higher in rankings (rankings are tough to evaluate and may apply go grad programs, but making a point here) than Ivies, for instance.

Don’t spend high school years trying to fit a set of schools. Find a schools that fits you. Just do what you are naturally interested in and don’t worry about being well-rounded or spikes or any of that.

And learn about more schools. It seems you only know the absolutely most famous ones! There are so many possibilities I don’t even know where to start, but would suggest your state university be included.
