<p>Apply to an REU at a university. You might get lucky because some universities do accept community college students for the engineering, chemistry or physics REUs. REU = Research Experience for Undergraduates. You’ll just have to cast a wide net. Start by looking at the NSF web site. The NSF sponsors (provides the grant money) for most REUs. </p>
