Help with getting started/college prep?

I'm a freshman this year...I know it's early to get into this. I already pretty much know what schools I want to apply to.

Johns Hopkins
Washington University in St. Louis (closest to home, but that's not important really)
Harvard
Columbia
Stanford
U. of Pennsylvania
U. of Chicago
U. of Virginia
NYU
U. Maryland

NYU & UM are my main safeties.

I'm starting to get worried about getting accepted. My GPA for this year will be 4.429/4.0 UW, and I'm in every PreAP class I can take. I go to a small (300 kids in my class) public school in Oklahoma and not many kids here go to anything other than OU or OSU, if that. I took my ACT in 7th grade & got a 26 composite (31/reading 31/english 21/science 21/math) but at that time I hadn't had any real sciences classes and I was in Algebra I. I took it again today and feel really confident, I just need my scores back. My ECs will be good I guess... I'll be in Varsity Cheer for 4 years (we usually get top 3 in the state and top 10 at nationals in Orlando) and Concert Choir for four years, which I'll most likely be president of. I'll be in Science Club for four years, which I'll also probably be president of. I'm freshman president in 4.0 society and an active member in SWAT. If I get my ACT up to the 33 range, what will my chances be of actually getting accepted to one of these schools?
