Help with IDOC: Non Tax Filer's Statement?

<p>I am a bit confused whether I as a student have to file this. I am dependent on my parents and do not have a job and am a U.S citizen. In my IDOC I am including my parents:
W-2
Tax returns
Verifcation worksheet
Is the Non Tax filer's statement required as well if I did no file taxes?</p>

<p>Yes. The IDOC says that if you do not file taxes then you have to submit the Non-Tax Filer's statement.</p>

<p>Also include the 1099s of all sorts.</p>
