Help with International Applicant

Good Afternoon people from College Confidential and from Santa Clara University.

My name's Guillermo and I'm a Central American student who wishes to study in California, especially in Santa Clara University.

Right now I'm stucked in the admission process. The information on SCU's website didn't explain me enough how to apply.
I most concerned for the documents I need to present and where to present them (interneto or via mail)

I would like if anyone could help me with the process and tell me if I'm late or with time to apply for the Fall 2013 semester.
I would also like to know if I can be eligible:
I took the International Baccalaureate Diploma program. My score was of 32 (7 in Math SL and 6 in English B2 HL)
My GPA, according to my high school transcripts, is of 4.0 in my last school year (11th Grade) but my overall GPA from Highschool (8th to 11th grade) is of 3.7
I consider myself average, not smart.
I'll be doing the TOEFL this Saturday and I know I need to get a score of 90. I have a feeling I can make it to that score.
I'll also be taking the SAT in November 3 and, according to my current level, my score could be between 1600-1900, but I don't know.
So practically I'll have the most important documents until December, because of the SAT.

So I'm open to suggestions and any help, since my dream from 9th grade has been to study in the most amazing country, U.S.A. :D, but I'm afraid I might not meet the standards since American people are extremely smart.

Thanks and have a nice week!
