I was offered a phone interview on 2/5 (2 weeks ago), and I confirmed a time slot for the interview as instructed. However, I waited for the interview all day, and no one called my house! I e-mailed my regional admissions officer immediately inquiring about the situation, and she said they would contact me that week to reschedule the interview. However, now it has been 2 weeks and I still haven't been contacted by anybody to reschedule the interview. Do you think it would be okay if I e-mailed my admissions officer again to check up on the situation or is that annoying? There has been inclement weather in the east coast, but I wanna make sure I get an interview before their deadline (which i heard is sometime near the end of February). I know an interview is not required and that it doesnt help greatly, but I would really like one to add another dimension to my application. Please give me some advice!

IDk, but I got called for a phone interview like over a month ago, and was given a time slot, but I said I couldn’t have it at that time slot, so they said they’d call back and I haven’t heard about an potential interview since… Oh well.

Yea, the admissions officer was like “we understand we couldnt reach you because of the inclement weather…” But The thing is that our phone lines were working fine even with the snow so idk what happened there. My friend who lives an hour away received her interview at her confirmed time. I just don’t want them to think i have no interest just because of the missed interview.
