Help with junior year schedule.

Hey Cc. I'm new to this forum and I wanted to see if you guys would help me with my trouble deciding what classes i want to take my junior year. Ive already decided on 5 classes and i am really having trouble deciding the last two classes, which have to fulfill an year visual performing arts and history. Truth is that ive never been such a big fan of art, but last year i began to gradually develop this need to gain more knowledge on this subject and it wasnt until a feild trip around DT LA that i began to try to find meaning in those beautiful pieces of art that i saw. So ive been thinking; would it be a good idea to add Ap Art History to a schedule of: Ap chem, AP physics, Ap Calculus Ab, Ap English Lang, Ap Spanish and Apush? I know this is too much work, especially with an extreemly hard Ap Art History teacher that has a reputation as being one of the best Art History teachers in the City and maybe even state, or should i consider dropping Apush to honors US History to lower my course work.

I’d take the art class. If you can drop history a little, if you cant handle it, do it. He has high prestige so make friendly and get a kick butt recommendation then!

Thanks for the advice heatherian. Im going to finish signing up for my classes by wednesday and hopefully all goes well. Also, I’m not really looking foward to a recommendation letter, though he might be an interesting individual. All i really want to do is something thats brain stimulating and something that keeps me living without being bored out of my mind. I understand i might have to stay up until 2:00 am but i guess its just something that i want to do.

I believe you can handle it. Good luck!

depends what you want to take/ take Art 1
