I have a minor case of ADD, but it is really severe when I take tests. Normally Ill get a 33-34 on Act's, but when I take it for real, I will normally get a 29 or 28. This ADD has been affecting be for 2 years now and I don't know what do about it. I'm taking nonprescription drugs right now but They don't seem to be doing much. Are there any tips that will help me improve on my tests or even pay attention in class?

My suggestion: get a diagnosis from a professional if you do not already have one; find a therapist to work with you on test-taking issues. If the diagnosis is that your ADHD is not so minor, after all, you could apply to ACT and/or the College Board for accommodations.
