Help with my college list?

I have an idea of where I want to go and I need some help with maybe some more choices. Here's a few fast facts about my high school career:

GPA - 3.76 (and it'll be up even higher by the end of the year).
ECs - 3 year volunteer at Church in Nursery
- 3 year member of Key Club (recycling)
- 2 year member of Beta Club
- Volunteer at Feed America First
- Volunteer at Church for other activities (Halloween celebration, Easter services,
etc...)
- Recreational basketball player
- Recreational runner
SAT - 1600/2400 on first try but I didn't study too much.
- Taking it again October 1st and I'm trying for at least an 1800.
Etc. - Top 20% (might actually be better) of my senior class.
- I'm at the least ranked 100/501 students in my class.

I'm looking at majoring in biology because I want to be a paramedic and then maybe work my way into being a doctor for the Navy if I like it. If not, I want to take a few criminal justice classes to become a cop (and then onto detective and then possibly homicide). The Navy is a large possibility for my future so I'm not ruling that out as a career option.

I already have an application filled out for University of Tennessee, Knoxville and University of Arizona. Both of which I am sure I'll be accepted to. I'm having a hard time finding other schools, though. I'm not picky on where they are located but I do like Tennessee, the Carolinas, New Jersey, New York, etc...

I have only lived here in Maryland for 9 months (I lived in Tennessee before). It's hard for me to figure out what to do for recommendations because I hardly know any teachers to ask but I'm willing to ask my AP Biology teacher if I have to. If you know any schools that don't really care about recommendations, let me know.

Any input is accepted!

Thank you in advance.

First…have you asked your parents how much they’ll pay? If not, do so.

You have pricey out of state publics on your list and your stats won’t likely get you much/any merit scholarships.

Right now, you’d be instate for Maryland publics and OOS for the rest.

However, if your parents will pay for wherever you go, then we can come up with more schools.
