Hi. I was wondering if you would help me decide which essay topic would be a better thing to write about.

POSSIBLE ESSAYS
(listed by topic and then like specific idea)

EXTRACURRICULAR ESSAYS
- cheerleading
- how i worked hard to get my back handspring
- descriptive narrative of nationals

FBLA
- how the conferences motivated me to become a better leader

Tutor immigrants in English
- descriptive narrative on how i watched dedicated members progress
in English, and how i realized that i was becoming more cultured as well

Hatters Included (activity where students interact wth mentally and phyisically disabled students)
- descriptive narrative about i was a prom date for a kid with cerebral
palsy

CHOOSE YOUR OWN TOPIC
- What is your favorite word and why?

Write about my experience at leadership camp

Why I love nicknames

Which topic do you think an admissions officer would like to read, or what do you think you would enjoy reading? Any other ideas/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
{Sorry for posting twice. my computer had an error and submitted the thread before i was done}

I wrote mine on something that was important to me, and I found that pretty easy and fun to write. Maybe you'll enjoy it too. I wrote mine about my desk, and argued that my solid wood desk gives me a place to think and gives me a sense of stability, away from the insecurity of the world around me and the instability I get in this digital age.

I think Choose your own topic or about the hatter's prom thing. That sounds amazing! :] But, you might come up with something random and brilliant. So, just think..hard.

Oh whoops. I commented on your other thread, but anyways.

Well, first off, forget anything about camps. It's completely overdone and too generic - unless you have a completely different, unique idea for it.

The nickname one sounds good (as long as you don't go into describing why, but show your personality), and also the Hatter's Prom. Make sure that your essay is honest and true to yourself (kind of like no one else can claim your essay for him/herself because it is that unique).
