Hi, I've been having some trouble writing my essay. I chose question 4: Describe a place or environment where you are perfectly content. What do you do or experience there, and why is it meaningful to you?

I know it's a bit clich

Hi, I've been having some trouble writing my essay. I chose question 4: Describe a place or environment where you are perfectly content. What do you do or experience there, and why is it meaningful to you?

I know it's a bit clich

Be more creative. College admissions staff have to read through hundreds of these to determine who is to be picked and who is not. So, suck it up, and think of your happy place!

Also, if you can’t BS your way through a topic as easy as this, then its a good indication to think of a new place.

If the only place you can still think of is still only your room, then talk about specific points. How clean it is to show organization. Trophies which show how great of a person you are. the view overlooking the city that inspires you every morning to succeed.

This essay should be like a cover letter, explaining points about you that you cannot show on your resume/ high school transcript.

Remember, the college admission staff are going to be reading through all of these and will chose the best ones for admission. You need yours to either evoke an emotion or just be awesome in every single possible way so as to be remembered.

If you want more help, PM me your essay and I’ll try to help you out the best way I possibly can. I’m no miracle worker, but I will gladly help you out the best I can.

Good Luck!!!

P.S. I currently am in college, have no friends in high school, and will not ask for money. This is simply out of the goodness of my heart and I won’t sell your essay for personal gain. I guess thats the best I can do to try and convince you otherwise.

I agree with mbg111, I would be a little more unique with my essay. If you believe if you can pull it off with your bedroom, all power to you. If you need any more help, feel free to PM me.

Just remember those thousands of others who may be writing about their bedrooms. Make sure yours is unique and “your room”- meaning the essay can define who you are
