Help with my term bill

The term bill is due tomorrow and i have a problem. I got a parent plus loan thinking it would cover all the money i needed, not more , but now my balance is $3000 over what i have to pay.

I sent in a data change form a while ago but it hasn't gone through yet and i cant contact the financial aid office (too busy).

What would happen if i just go ahead with it? Would it still borrow the extra $3000 and put it on an account or something? I don't want to borrow more than i need.

Would calling Rutgers Accounting Services help?

What would happen is, it would get refunded back to you, so yes, you would still be technically be borrowing that 3000 extra. However you can use that money for books and school material. But yeah, I had received a loan, and sent a DCF to decline my loans. Within 2 days, the loans were removed, so I would definitely contact the FinAid office, either by phone, e-mail or by physically going there and telling them.
