Help with noncustodial parent waiver form please!

<p>I am applying to Boston college and Fordham uni. and both of these school require that i submit letters regarding the nature of my relationship with my father. </p>

<p>I havent seen my dad for like 14 yrs. and he lives in South America. He doesn't pay child support and i have no contact with him whatsoever. </p>

<p>So my question is, since both schools require a personal and third party documentation, how should i write my personal account? Do i have to make it really formal, do i just write the situation, how should i go about writing this?</p>

<p>Also for the third party statement can it be my guidance counselor?</p>
