By next fall I will have completed the number of credits to graduate and all my classes for my major. However there are 2 problems. 1. The last 8 credits have to be taken on campus 2. the last 5 major courses have to be taken on campus

The reason my last 8 have not been taken on campus is because i've been taking a leave absence due to family and mental health issues so i've been finishing my classes at home at university near by. I want to return to my home university in the fall and by the end of that semester, again, I will have completed both my major and number of units. If I don't petition for this I will have to stay another semester to take another course to complete the requirement to finish a major class I will have already completed. In addition they may ask me to take another 4 to make sure my last 8 courses have to competed on campus even if by the end of the semester I will have completed at least 4.25.

They do allow you to petition to not have to finish the last 8 classes on campus however you have to get department approval to not finish the last 5 major classes on campus.
Unfortunately they noted they do do not approve of things based on financial decisions or convince. So i don't think i can argue that I want this because it will be cheaper.

Do you guys have any idea how I will argue for this? Sorry its sort of difficult to explain.

Another note is that I will be taking summer classes in order to graduate early. They could debate that I could have taken summer classes at my home university in order to complete those to requirements. However i save money and time taking it at another school.
