<p>It says that the file can't be more than 250 KB... I scanned my pic into Word and it's 269... i've tried making the pic smaller but the file size won't decrease! What can I do, computer experts? :)</p>
<p>Not a computer expert, but here's an idea. I think that resizing the picture in word won't decrese the file size. Try making the picture smaller in an image editing application like photoshop or even paint.</p>
