Help with selecting colleges to apply to in the fall.

Hi, I have a 3.97 (unweighted GPA), 2110 SAT (M + CR)... are there any good scholarships that I may be able to get/ any good schools I should apply to. I have done many extracurriculars including 160+ hrs of volunteer work and much more (ask me). So, I want input. And what would be my chances at McNair Scholarship for USC?

We need some more information about what you’re looking for in a school -

Any Specific Major/Program?
Location?
Size?
Price?

These four are a great place to start.

Any Specific Major/Program? Pre Pharmacy
Location? South East is my priority, but anywhere else would be ok
Size?.. doesnt matter
Price? I need scholarships if I go out of state. I dont want to pay a lot. I get 4 years of free tuition in GA cause of hope, but i want more OOS places.

UF? If you can get the Lombardi scholarship.

Tuition only

With a 2110 SAT (M+CR) you have the highest SAT score in the country by more than 500 points! I would say Harvard should be a safety for you!

On a serious note: Does your 4 years of free tuition apply to private schools? If so, Emory is a top research university in Atlanta. It’s very selective but you have excellent stats so it’s a definite possibility.

^HOPE pays public tuition; it only gives a few thousand per year to private colleges

I really appreciate it… if you can think of any more places please let me know!

I mean 2110 Math + CR + Writing… I have a 1410 M+CR… Any reconsiderations?

Do you qualify for need based aid or need merit aid?

UOP’s pharm program sounds like a match with maybe some merit money.

:( …

No, I dont qualify for need based…
