These are the classes I know I will be taking:

AP English Literature
Spanish IV
Precalc
2 religion courses that add up to one credit
maybe an elective like economics or vietnam

However, I am having difficult selecting a History AP. I had AP World sophomore year and I am currently taking APUSH. I know there is AP Govn't but that doesn't seem like too much fun. My school is offering AP pysch next year.. Does that count as a history and is it a good course for those who have taken/taking it?

Also, I don't know whether to physics or AP physics B.. the one that doesn't have calc in it. Honors physics doesn't. So does anyone recommend AP physics B without any background in precalc?

Any help is greatly apperciated!! thanks!

Most do AP b without a prev course

Psych is considered a joke and is not hist, take gov

thanks, but has anyone taken physics B and can tell me the difficulty of it and etc.

I do not recommend that. My school does not allow kids with any lower math than Trigonometry/Pre-Calc or the honors version of that to enroll in general Honors Physics. That being said, the following year, seniors who wish to take AP Physics have already completed Pre-Calculus. I would not suggest you taking any sort of AP Physics… It most likely comes into play, so stick to H Physics?

AP Psych is not history, but it is a social studies. History is also a social studies… It does fit under the general branch… I believe colleges recommend 2 years of ‘social studies?’ Whatever you feel fit to take. Have fun with your senior year schedule! Many people like it because Psychology is an interesting topic, and it is a matter of memorization and slight concepts… Vietnam sounds like a great elective if you’re interested in politics. The Vietnam War was quite interesting, and the aftermath… Yeah, it’d be awesome to take that.

Thanks a lot! Yeah your right just because it doesn’t involve regular calc doesn’t mean I can’t have any precalc history. I’ll just stick to h physics.

Maybe I’ll do both psych and govnt. That may knock out the slot for an elective but I’ll think about it.
