From what I've heard/read, if you send in one SAT score to a college, that college can see all of your scores. Since with each SAT, you can send the score to 3 schools without extra charge, so if I take the SAT I once and three SAT IIs, can I send the scores 3*4=12 different schools without the extra $9 per school?

Thanks.

The college can see all of your previous scores. They don't automatically get updated.

So you take the SAT I and send it to School A, B, C and D (it's actually 4 free, not 3). Then you take the SAT II's. You send them to E, F, G and H. These latter 4 will see your SAT I, but A, B, C and D will not see your SAT II's unless you send them again.

To maximize your free reports, if you take the SAT I first, you can send the scores to 4 schools that don't require SAT II's. Then take the SAT II's and send the scores to 4 schools that do require them.
