<p>So I was accepted to UCSB and I want to enroll, however I am an international student and I can’t make an e-check payment! I suppose I will have to send my SIR through regular mail but I am still unsure how to make a payment because I can’t use the check either way. We don’t even have checks here? HELP ME I AM AT A LOSS HOW DO I MAKE A PAYMENT THEN??</p>
