<p>I am a sophomore who will be studying abroad for Arabic in Spring 2009. However, I also am trying to improve my Spanish. I have intermediate proficiency in Spanish now. I am interested in summer programs because I would not like to have a semester break in learning Arabic. I am strongly considering Argentina or Chile, but any great program would be okay for me.</p>
<p>My son went to Argentina with The Experiment in International Living program. He loved every minute of his 4 week stay in Argentina. He came home from his trip with much improved Spanish speaking skills. The program involved living with a host family and an outdoor adventure trip riding horseback through the the countryside of Northern Argentina (a real life gaucho experience). When he returned, he announced to our family that he would like to live in Argentina! I would say, he really enjoyed himself.</p>
