Help with submitting portfolio to VCU

DS sent in his application a month ago and is still waiting for instructions on how to submit his portfolio. His VCU portal shows that they have received his otherwise complete application so we know they have it. Deadline for submitting his portfolio is Jan 6th so time is getting short. He's tried calling several times and has been forwarded to voice mail each time. He's also sent several emails. So far NO ONE has responded in any way. Can anyone shed some light on what's going on?
