Help with Texas-SA application?

I’m applying for UTSA in the fall and I’m confused about the scholarship part of the application.
“Although not required, it is highly encouraged for applicants to answer all financial related questions. Leaving any financial questions blank on the scholarship application may disqualify you from consideration for some scholarships.”
If my parents and I have not saved any money towards my college education and I make no income and the only income I can give them is my Mother’s, will I still be disqualified?

No, just the opposite, unless your mother makes a ton of money, which seems not to be the case. Just fill in every blank, even if the number is zero. Don’t assume that a blank space means zero, they won’t assume that. Fill them all in.
