Help with the CSS profile

Hi,
Let me get straight to the point. My father operates a farm and that is his primary source of income. In the CSS profile, this is what they ask
Select the statements below that apply to the student’s parents

  1. Own or operate a business that is a primary income source

  2. Own or operate a business in addition to other work
    Parent Farms

  3. Own a farm or part of a farm
    As i said my parents own farms and that is their primary business. So am supposed to choose both 1 and 3? or should I check one of them? which one?
    in addition, the profile asks what portion of the primary business my parents own. Does this mean i’m supposed to answer in monetary figures or since they ask for a portion i’m supposed to give them a fraction?
