Help with the SIR, please!

My parents are divorced. I live with my mother but visit my mother on the weekends. One question asks, "Have you lived with your mother since your parents' divorce or permanent separation?" then asks you to put the dates that i have been living with my mother (if yes to the 1st question) but only allows the answer to be done in the month/year format, no exact days. Do I mark yes and put from 04/2013 to 04/2013 or do I mark no?

It asks for the same thing from the father. I already know I will put from (the date of separation) to 04/2013, but isn't that a little confusing to the UC's as they don't have the extra info that I visit my mom on the weekends only?

I’m pretty sure visiting your mom on the weekends is different than “living with” her for SIR purposes. So I would just put that you’ve lived with your dad the whole time.

@Treadmill, thanks for answering! I wasn’t sure if the SIR made that distinction between “visiting” and “living” or if they just used the general term “living” to include staying with her on the weekends.
