Help with these Math problems

*With this Math problem

In general, the nth term is n(12^10). Since 12^12 = 144(12^10), 12^12 must be the 144th term of the sequence, so (E) is correct.

Why is the nth term n(12^10)? Also, how do you know that 12^12 = 144(12^10)?

The first term = something.
The second term = something + something or 2somethings
The third term = something + something + something = 3somethings
The nth term = …=n(somethings)

Then the question is how to express 12^12 as n(12^10). But 12^12 = 12^2 x 12^10.

Thanks
