So when I applied to UC for fall 2011, I didn't really think I was going to get into any school. However, I got accepted off the wait list for Davis. Since I wasn't really thinking about transferring, I didn't enter all my courses properly. I forgot to enter a non-transferable English course that I got an "F" in. The reason I got a F in the course was because I was taking it for fun and to keep me busy. I had a late registration date for my community college and couldn't enroll in a college level English course that I was place in for my placement test, I thought I should just enroll in a lower one that was open so I can keep myself on track. However, in the middle of the semester, my parent's business went through some financial hardship which required me to work full time for them and I couldn't stay on track with the English class since I was trying to keep up with my other classes. Will my admission status be rescinded because of this?

Tell admissions immediately. They will likely rescind you, but give it a shot.

Even if the class was non-transferable?

If the class was non-transferable, I doubt they’d rescind you over it. Look at your conditions of admission; it will most likely say “complete all transferable courses in progress or planned with a GPA of 2.80 or higher, with no grade less than “C,” in addition to being in good standing at each collegiate institution that you have attended.”

It’s not like you’re getting an F in an English course required to get into a UC.

Still though, it’s important to inform admissions that you forgot to report a nontransferable course.
