Help!

I was recently accepted into both Florida State University as well as the University of South Florida as an incoming freshman. Without looking into either school much, I entered into FSU for Summer 2011. I've been there for a few weeks now and very quickly realized that it isn't the school for me. I want to transfer to USF St. Petersburg (where I was accepted) but realize at this point it is extremely late to receive any sort of housing. Does anyone know if it is plausible for me to transfer schools between summer and fall if I was initially accepted for Fall 2011 for USF? Does anyone know if housing is available for the school still, or does St. Pete housing fill up rapidly? Thank you for any help.
