I know time is running out, but I'm reconsidering everything I've established and have decided to shoot for better schools than I've been aiming for. I need honest opinions to shorten my list. (want to major in environmental science)

Ok so here are some colleges I'm just looking through. PLEASE let me know my matches and reaches and what may be reasonable

Middlebury college, university of Colorado boulder, fort Lewis college, Whitman college, reed college, Cornell, Colby, swarthmore, Oregon state, st Lawrence.

I also need to know if it looks likely that I'd receive good financial aid at any of these schools. I'm very low income and can't afford too much.

Any other colleges I should check out?
Thanks

*Acceptance rates are in parenthesis. I am basing your likelihood of getting accepted on acceptance rate percentages, GPA, SAT, ACT, and a weighing of your extracurriculars. I am NOT taking into account your recommendations or essay.

Middlebury College (20%): Reach
University of Colorado @ Boulder (84%): Likely/Safety School
Whitman College (44%): Reach/Likely
Reed College (41%): Reach/Likely
Cornell College (44%): Likely
Colby (34%): Reach (due to low acceptance rate)/I hear that being interested in travel can help your admission chances
Swarthmore (17%): Reach
St. Lawrence (39%): Likely (or reach, due to low acceptance)

May I ask why your GPA is so low? It seems like there is a huge difference between your unweighted and weighted GPA.

Also, I would like to point out that the University of Boulder is a party school. LOL, not sure if you knew that or if that is desirable to you…
I live in Colorado and trust me, unless you’re really into outdoorsy things (hiking, horseback riding, camping, sailing, basking in the CONSTANTLY sunny days), it doesn’t really have much to offer.

Thanks that helped a lot! My gpa sucks cause I slacked in 9th grade. That’s one way I’m going to show improvement in my personal statement. I improved so drastically and matured so much over the past four years.
