So I'm almost done with the application process but I'm very worried as my application itself is so inconsistent.
I have a 2.8 GPA unweighted (affected by my father's terminal cancer diagnosis and unmedicated ADD) and a 2050 SAT score (760CR, 710W, 580M). However, I took 20 credits (4 classes over 2 quarters) at a community college through my high school and I made a 3.75 GPA there and was on the Dean's List for both quarters.

I have very good ECs including 10 state, national and international film festival awards, 2 year internship at Seattle International Film Festival where I founded and currently run a committee of 23 other kids, I've created an ad campaign chosen from my school by Seattle Public Utilities to use, am copy editor of my school paper with articles featured on the National High School Journalism website and am a 2-time state DECA competitor. I also have good letters of reccommendation. I'm also hispanic, if that helps.

I'm interested in the communications/advertising/journalism areas and have applied to:
Seattle University
Syracuse University
Ithaca College
Emerson College
Chapman University
University of Oregon
Temple University

Please chance me and/or tell me where else I could apply (that I have a fighting chance at) that has a good comm program.

Thanks for your time!
