Bring your GPA up next semester and apply either as a second semester sophomore or as a rising junior and your chances will be way higher.

Thanks. but I heard that it will be more difficult to transfer as a rising junior or as a second semester sophomore. Also, will they consider my spring term grades if I apply as a rising sophomore?

With good grades, your chances are higher the more credits you have. I was rejected from many schools as a rising sophomore but got into competitive schools as a second semester sophomore. When I applied they didn’t take in spring term grades, some schools required mid term but I heard it doesn’t weight that heavily. So basically it’s your first semester grades that are gonna count.

THX! =]
10 chara.

Bump
Should I wait and apply as a rising second semester sophomore? anyone else???

I got in as a second semester soph., so I’d say yes applying with 30+ credits while progressing with another 15-18 credits gives you a boost.
