Help!!!

<p>Hi, I really need some help on the common app. I am really having some difficulty with the family section. My parents separated when I was a year old. From that time up until last February, I was in primary custody of my mother. I moved out in February (2012) and went to go live with my dad. My dad has primary custody and I have not seen or talked to my mom since two days before I moved out. She wants nothing to do with me and I cannot use her as a contact on the Common App, so what to I fill out for her information? My mother and dad are supposed to "spilt all bills", but she hasn't paid for anything. My dad is single, I am his only child, and he is a self employed painter, while my mother is married, has two kids, and is unemployed (as far as I know at least). </p>

<p>I'm really confused because I can't put down my mother's information, if anyone can help that would be fantastic. :)</p>

<p>I think you only need to put down one of your parent’s information. As you can see there, only Parent 1 is required while Parent 2 is optional. You can put down both of them, but you don’t have to.</p>
