I am currently a rising junior, and while scheduling my schedule i found out i have a problem, my foreign language credits.
In our school, we have block schedule so 1 semester of a language is considered 1 language credit. However, I have only taken Spanish 1 in my second semester of my sophomore year.
In order to get into higher college i need to have 2 language credits, but my schedule is full of Ap's. My question is if i take Spanish 2 and 3 in my senior year, does it count as 2 foreign language credits, or do i have to take a foreign language class in my junior year forward it to count when i apply for college

No, you’re fine; senior-year classes can be used to fill requirements.

How about for early decision

Yup. As long as you fulfill the requirements by the time you graduate, you’re all set :)

You may also consider taking it a community college or over the summer.

Thanks guys for the help
