Help!

I find myself in quite a predicament. As most know, the date for early action for most top unis is nov1 but I can strengthen my qualifying chances by my last sat attempt on nov 2,making it impossible for me to apply for early admission.
My current sat score stands at 2010, which is quite mediocre. My sat 2 scores are great but they cant do much on their own. So what should I do now?
Can you suggest good unis that i can apply with early action using my current sat scores. Or should I wait for regular admission on 1 jan with a score which will be certainly and considerably better? How will regular admission affect my chances?
Also a relevant question would be if i could apply to the same uni with early action for now and regular action later on with a much improved chance...
A third course of action will be unis like UOC Berkely which offer an application with a deadline of Nov 30 which is well within my control. Can you suggest more good unis like that?

Urgent help needed, fellas!

Look at the admission stat to see how your score standard. Also look up the rejection rate of EA in that school. If you are within the mid 50 and the rejection rate is not too high, you may try EA as you may get deferred and then your new score will be useful. If you are too far off, then wait for RD.
