i have recently graduaated. My parents dont make enough money for me to go to college and i dont have a job how am i suppose to pay for college. But i want to take a online class

If you are US Citizen or eligible noncitizen, file FAFSA for Federal Fnancial Aid. See <a href=“FAFSA - Wikipedia”>http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FAFSA</a></p>

There are ways to get aid to go to school. There is federal, sometimes state aid and aid from colleges. A lot of it depends on your state and what your HS profile looked like, especially your gpa and SAT. Why couldn’t you start at Community College for some classes at least?

Be careful about getting good value for any aid money you get and not squandering it on a for profit online school that won’t help you much. Who offers the online classes and will you be a student enrolled in a degree program? What is taking one class going to do for you? Also, not everything offered online qualifies for aid programs.

What high school GPA and test scores did you have? If they are high enough, you may be able to attend college almost for free (see http://automaticfulltuition.yolasite.com/</a> ), but you will have to take a year off of school (perhaps working to earn money) and apply for fall 2015 entry.

Another option is to start at a community college, but then you have to figure out the cost of the four year schools that you may eventually transfer to.

To get an idea of what financial aid is like use the net price calculator on each college’s web site.

Many students get a job and go to the local community college.
