After undergrad, people transition into a 4 year Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) degree. Afterward, they must past national board exams to practice.
So, technically YES, the degree confers “Doctor” to the recipient. But the colloquial usage of “doctor” being equivalent to physician? Of course not.
Why didn’t you title it: Is Pharmacy considered a doctor?
