<p>I got accepted to Brown U, but here is an extremely severe problem that makes me down; I have 2C’s so far in this semester. Will my acceptance be rescinded? Or is there any glimpse of hope? Another problem is that most of my A’s went down to B’s (they are all like 90, 91. 84~93 is a B at my school). I am not really slacking off, but I have gone thru a lot of shizzle lately, and i think that’s why I am not doing as well as I am supposed to. How many C’s are acceptable? If I can’t go to Brown because of my poor second semester grades, imma kill myself :(</p>

<p>I am not sure the "shizzle" is really acceptable. Here's the situation. In the last two months, I was rejected by this girl I liked for a long period of time, I sprained my ankle, so I couldn't play any game in my first and last soccer season, and I argued with my parents over lots of things. You might say these things cannot justify my current poor performance at school, but I believe these things seriously affected my grades. I don't know how to make the admission officers understand this situation. Ahhh. I feel like shizzle. Ahh. My self-esteem is so low nowadays. :'(</p>

<p>You'll be fine. Read over all the other threads (here and in the Brown 2010 forum) of people freaking out. 2 Cs won't kill you.</p>
