I forgot to ask my counselor to fill out one of the section of the application, school report II. Because it is winter vacation, there is no way that I can get a hold of her. The first day of school back will be 6th of Jan. Is there anything that I could do?

Definitely. Just forge it. They'd never know. If you're really worried, you can just tell your counselor beforehand that they might call her to check if she did it.

Turn it in when she gets back. I don't think they start reading applications until later, and plus the deadline is usually for YOUR stuff.

Thank you very much guys

I thought the School Report is due on the same day as everything else.

It is, but since guidance offices have a lot to handle around this time, the admissions office is more forgiving of late forms from them and teachers.

does it affect the applicant negatively in any way?

They definitely give you a grace period. If you get it in by the 15th or so, they won't even notice. Like if you left off the essay portion or something, they would send you a letter to tell you to turn it in, in case it had gotten lost in the mail or something. Turn it in as soon as you can, and you'll be FINE.
