I had checked off on my app. that I was going to fill out financial aid, but then afterwards I realized that there was a problem: you need both parents to fill it out/the "noncustodial" parent fill it out online if your parents are separated, which applies to me. However, it would be impossible for one of my parents to fill it out so I ultimately decided not to fill it out. I still need the financial aid, esp. since I would fit under the less than $45k/yr policy, what should I do?

Depends on your situation. A friend of mine who's also applying has separated parents as well. His dad ditched and went to China. :\ He had to communicate with someone in admissions via email for a while, and they wanted him to explain his specific sitation so he could be exempted from his dad's noncustodial parent part. Either way, I don't think you should have just not filled it out. Contact admissions? Fast.
