Help!

when i came to america, i didn't have a SSN yet, so my school made up an id number for me.

i told them to change it last year. but i just looked at my transcript and they didn't. i've already sent out some applications, but i'm worried bout my ED at Johns Hopkins. will they question my transcipt becuase my SSN on the ap form and the one on the transcript are different?

who is the offical johns hopkins person in here? daniel something?

thanks!!

The issue you have is not whether they will be concerned that different numbers appear on your transcript from your app. They don't care about that. The issue you could have is making sure the transcript, when it arrives, goes to your file at John Hopkins which tracks files by SSN and name of student. That is likely not going to be an issue unless you have a very common name, like John Smith, and they have multiple applications under that name. If you have any concern, call admissions to make sure your file has the transcript in it.

thanks i will call tomorrow
